Painting Engine

I want to repaint the engine as it looks quite tatty and since I'm going to all the trouble of rebuilding the engine, I want it to look nice too.

I plan to paint the engine in as close to the original colour as possible, and for that I will be using Motip Engine Paint (Aluminium) spay paint. It really is a very good colour match for the stock engine colour. Because I plan to make some modifications to the engine (larger displacement, "performance" cam, roller cam followers, etc) I plan to paint the rocker cover in red "crackle" finish paint.

I have found the frame paint code in the parts catalogue. It's "NH-262M" or "Terra Silver, Metallic".
